Maria was born in Morelia,  Michoacan, Mexico and raised in Houston, Texas. She is a part of the Family Department at The Gonzalez Law Group. She attended San Jacinto College and received her Associates in Paralegal studies and then went on to attend the University of Houston – Main Campus where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science, in Technology Leadership and Innovation Management and will be graduating Fall of 2021.

Maria is a strong and experienced legal professional with experience in Immigration and Family law. She is bilingual, honest, dependable, and a hard worker. She strives to help her clients to her best ability and to maintain a positive relationship with clients.

When not in the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as with her dogs Obi and Leia. Her hobbies include shopping on Amazon and expanding her knowledge by reading books. Maria is passionate about helping others and looks forward to assisting you at our office.
